Yes. The band is fully reversible. One face carries the kit colours, the jersey side. Turn it inside out and you get the flag side. Wear whichever suits the day.

No. This is a standalone wristband, not a watch strap, and it is worn on its own. It does sit well next to a watch if you already wear one of ours.
