It is polyester, so it does not mind any of them. Rinse it in cool water, let it air dry, and it will not scratch a watch case.

Yes. The band is fully reversible. One face carries the kit colours, the jersey side. Turn it inside out and you get the flag side. Wear whichever suits the day.
One size. It is soft woven elastic polyester that stretches straight over the wrist, so it fits comfortably from kids to adults with no clasp and no sizing to work out. Same slip-on fit as our keffiyeh, tatreez and sadu wristbands.
No. This is a standalone wristband, not a watch strap, and it is worn on its own. It does sit well next to a watch if you already wear one of ours.
