How do I attach my band?
Our Universal Quick Release bands also work with most analogue and traditional watches that use standard spring bars. If your watch has a 20mm or 22mm lug width, our bands will fit.
How to check your lug width: Measure the gap between the two lugs (the metal prongs where the strap connects to the watch case). The most common sizes are 20mm and 22mm.
Heads up: A few popular watches look like they should fit but don't. Scroll to the bottom of this page (Incompatible Devices) to see the full list — including the Tissot PRX, Rolex Submariner 41mm (2020+), Orient Bambino, and most standard Swatch models.

Note on Daniel Wellington: DW originals use a slip-through 1-piece NATO-style strap. Our 2-piece quick-release bands will fit (the case has standard spring bars) but sit slightly differently than the stock strap.
And many more! Any analogue watch with a standard 20mm or 22mm lug width will work with our bands.
Do I need any tools?
To remove the original strap from your analogue watch, you will need a spring bar tool (a small fork-shaped tool used to compress the spring bars in your watch lugs). This is a one-time step. Once the original strap is off, our bands slide right in using quick-release spring bars, no tools needed. After that, you can swap between zamani bands in seconds by hand.
Good news: we make our own. Grab the zamani Watch Pin Tool →
When ordering, select "Universal Quick Release" as your watch type and choose the correct lug width (20mm or 22mm).
How do I attach my band?
The following devices are currently not supported by our straps:
Smartwatches we don't fit
| Device | Status |
|---|---|
| Google Pixel Watch (all models) | Not Compatible |
| All Fitbit Models | Not Compatible |
Analogue watches that look like they should fit but don't
These watches have non-standard lug widths or integrated bracelet designs. A 20mm or 22mm spring-bar band will not seat correctly.
| Watch | Why it doesn't fit |
|---|---|
| Tissot PRX (35mm / 40mm) | Integrated bracelet, no standard lug |
| Rolex Submariner 41mm (124060 / 126610, 2020+) | 21mm lugs (the 40mm 116610 IS 20mm — see compatible list) |
| Rolex Datejust 41 | 21mm lugs |
| Tissot Seastar 1000 Powermatic 80 (43mm) | 21mm lugs (the Seastar 1000 Chronograph 45.5mm is 22mm) |
| Tissot Gentleman Powermatic 80 | 21mm lugs |
| Orient Bambino V1 / V2 / V3 / V5 | 21mm lugs (the new 38mm Bambino is 20mm, the new 41/44mm is 22mm) |
| Longines HydroConquest | 21mm curved-end lugs |
| TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 300 | 21mm lugs |
| Cartier Santos / Santos-Dumont | Proprietary 21mm QuickSwitch system |
| Cartier Tank | Proprietary curved lugs |
| G-Shock GA-2100 "CasiOak" | 16mm proprietary case lugs, requires adapter |
Swatch lineup — only the MoonSwatch fits
Among Swatch's entire family, only the Omega x Swatch MoonSwatch uses standard 20mm spring bars (and is listed in the compatible section above). All other Swatch lines use non-standard widths or proprietary notched-strap retention:
| Swatch line | Lug width |
|---|---|
| Originals Gent (34mm) | 17mm proprietary notched |
| New Gent (41mm) | 19mm proprietary |
| Skin Classic / Skin Irony | 14-16mm proprietary |
| Irony Chrono | 19mm proprietary |
| Sistem51 / Sistem51 Irony | 18-20mm notched (case-pin retention, not spring bar) |
| Big Bold Bioceramic (47mm) | 24mm |
| Blancpain x Swatch Scuba Fifty Fathoms | 21mm proprietary notched |
If your watch is on this list, our bands will not fit. If your watch isn't listed here or above and you're not sure, measure the gap between the lugs — if it's exactly 20mm or 22mm and uses standard spring bars, you're good.

Materials & Safety
What’s actually in your watch band.
Every season, samples of our silicone, nylon and woven wristbands go to QIMA, an independent ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. They test against the chemical-safety standards governing what touches your skin in the European Union (REACH), the United States (California Proposition 65, ASTM F2999-19) and the Gulf.
We do this because the things you wear every day are worth doing properly. And because most accessories in this category are never tested at all.
