Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Dubai, UAE. Shipping is quoted separately via Aramex or DHL depending on your region.
What are the payment terms?
We accept bank transfer and credit card. Payment is due before shipment for first orders. Repeat partners may qualify for flexible terms.
Can I get exclusive distribution?
Yes. With an order of 100+ pieces, you can lock in exclusivity for your country or region at 60% off retail. Exclusivity is valid for 3 months from first order and renewed based on reorder volume.
What sizes do your bands come in?
We offer Apple Watch (Large and Small), Samsung, Garmin, and Whoop sizes. We recommend a 60/40 split of Apple Large over Small. Samsung and Garmin on request.
