Which watches are zamani bands compatible with?
zamani watch bands are compatible with:
- All Apple Watches
- All Whoop bands
- Samsung, Huawei, and Garmin smartwatches
- Some Xiaomi models that use a 22mm universal connector
- Several other watches from Suunto, Polar and more
We recommend verifying the size of your watch before placing an order. Here’s how:
- Check the engraving on the back of your watch.
- Use the watch or health app on your phone.
- Measure the lug width or your current strap size.

Shipping and Delivery
Which currency will I be charged in?
Each country’s local currency is supported:
- If your local currency isn’t available, transactions will default to USD.
- For clarity, Australian customers will see prices in AUD, Canadian customers will see prices in CAD
Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped from Dubai.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Generally:
- We only do express shipping – depending on the location, most deliveries take 2-4 days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Can I exchange my product for a different size or color?
We do not offer exchanges at this stage due to the high shipping costs. We’re working on solutions around this! For now, please double check the sizes 🙂

We recommend cleaning your bands with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to maintain their quality and appearance.
Are zamani watch bands waterproof?
Yes! Our silicone watch bands are waterproof, making them perfect for everyday wear, workouts, and outdoor adventures.
Order Assistance
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation WhatsApp with a tracking number from our primary shipping partners swftbox. Use this number to track your package on our carrier’s link.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 60 minutes of placement. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate the issue and assist you.
Other Questions
Will the band lose its color or stretch over time?
We use the highest quality printing methods and they are built to last. However, like any printing and depending on the model (eg. if it is predominantly white) it will likely fade or discolor with time.
Do you offer custom designs or engraving?
Currently, we don’t offer custom designs or engraving. However, we love feedback! If you have a design suggestion, feel free to reach out.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts for corporate orders and special events. Contact us for more information.
What if I need help choosing the right band?

Where are the bands designed and manufactured?
All of the designs are made by our team in Dubai and reviewed by our amazing customers around the world. The items are manufactured in China!
